Complete system for latex and water based adhesive spray application for combining UPPERS, LININGS AND TOE PUFFS and equipped with adjustable temperature forming press.
This machine is equipped with an adhesive container tank, PGS type spray gun and standard fume exhaust system. The (PR94) press is equipped with an electronic system for the forming pad temperature control. The forming pressure and upper pulling tension are separately adjustable. In addition, the pressing time can be adjusted according to work requirements.
Forming pad and shell versions can be mounted for MEN’S, WOMEN’S, BOOT and INCREASED models.
The work surface height is adjustable and bench is equipped with container drawer.
