This system provides precision and adjustable adhesive application and is controlled by a foot pedal; Another version is also available with timer controlled glue flow for constant dosing (Mod. HM 03 TM). The special closing system provides for constant and immediate adhesive flow on one hand and rapid adhesive shut-off without hot product drips on the other. The hermetic seal system avoid cleaning cycle time and product waste. The standard model is available with a cartridge pre-heating system that can be connected to the various versions, for rapid non-stop change due to the fact that there is no pause for heating a new cartridge. All versions are equipped with all electrical and pneumatic components mounted on the vertical support so that the distributor can be installed directly on other machines (for example: heel fixing machines where heels are glued on) without having to make any modification. However the machine can be supplied on a base with or without casters.
