HM 03 S

Description

Hot melt and reactive PU adhesive distributor system for 0.3 Kg cartridge, granulese or blister complete with adjustable height stand, electronic temperature control, pedal or button control (swinging version), interchangeable nozzles and air filter/pressure control. Another version is also available with timer controlled glue flow for constant dosing (Mod. HM 03S TM).

This system provides precision and adjustable adhesive application in a very fine thread; the thread can be applied in a spiral  to cover various sized surfaces and is controlled by teh pedal. When air is set to ZERO the adhesive is applied in lines or spots.

When reactive PU is used, normally no cleaning products are necessary, as the system prevents any premature cross-linking in the adhesive.

For the cartridge versione is available the pre-heating system for rapid non-stop change due to the fact that there is no pause for heating a new cartridge.

All versions are equipped with all electrical and pneumatic components mounted on the vertical support so that the distributor can be installed directly on other machines without having to make any modification.

However the machine can be supplied on a base with or without casters.
