Hot melt and reactive PU adhesive distributor system for 0.3 Kg cartridge, complete with adjustable height stand, digital temperature control, pedal control, interchangeable nozzles and air filter/pressure control.
This system provides precision and adjustable adhesive application and is controlled by a foot pedal; while the amount of adhesive is controlled by a pressure gauge .
The nozzle unit is extracted together with the cartridge and must be removed and mounted on the new cartridge on replacement.
The standard model is available with a cartridge pre-heating system for rapid non-stop change due to the fact that there is no pause for heating a new cartridge.
All versions are equipped with all electrical and pneumatic components mounted on the vertical support so that the distributor can be installed directly on other machines (for example: heel fixing machines where heels are glued on) without having to make any modifications.
However the machine can be supplied on a base with or without casters.
