Description

Gluing machine for adhesive application from above on shoe bottom (by extracting the lower roller) shoe edge (IF-40), or soles and all materials that are not perfectly flat. Application is carried out by the soft roller on upper part of the machine.

Suitable for neoprene, PU, adhesives with activators and all solvent based adhesives in general.

Standard version on base with adjustable height for comfortable operator use. Electronic speed variator available.

This machine can be connected to the mod. 2C containers series for supply on request without pouring adhesives into the machine. Rollers with various degrees of softness and surface finishes are available.
The application head is easily extracted for rapid simple cleaning and gluing and drive rollers are also easily removed. The standard machine is equipped with an aspirator hood.

Important: on the CA version the opening/closing device for adhesive distribution is completely automatic and the roller undergoes a cleaning cycle after each machine stop. This system together with the speed variator, allows the use of even quick drying adhesives.

Stainless steel version available for water based adhesives.
