Rotating brush machine for applying water based and solvent based adhesives suited for the bottom edge of lasted and roughed shoes and for welted or low edged soles.
This machine is supplied in standard version complete with a shoe edge guide and sole edge guide and a set of brushes of varying sizes. The adhesive is applied by rotating the shoe or the sole placed on the guide and by activating the pedal that distributes the adhesive.
The rotation speed of the brush and the guide are independent to ensure maximum glue penetration through brush action, in spite of the work speed (learning rate, type of shoe, etc.).
A micrometric gauge nut is used to adjust the amount of adhesive with great precision and is supplied directly from the pressurised glue container.
Brushes can be replaced or changed very easily and machine cleaning is rapid and simple.
The control pedals are used for the following:
Adhesive distribution only, or adhesive plus rotation (MAN or AUT.)
Adhesive/rotation plus guide pulley action for gluing the internal parts of the shoe/sole.
