Gluing machines with hard rollers for the application of hotmelt reactive polyurethaneadhesives suitable for gluing flat materials and available with gluing rollers 150 and 200 mm wide.
The electronic temperature control is separate for the two different sections : pre-melting and adhesive application and an inert gas system is available to prevent product reaction, according to model version. The speed variator driving roller pressure controland automatic doctor blades control system are standard equipment on this model as is the integrated work function control to prevent accidental operator’s error. The aspirator is also standard supply.
All models are adaptable to the various reactive PUdrums available on the market.
