ROTATING BRUSH APPLICATION FOR HOT MELT REACTIVE PU ADHESIVES.
Rotating brush machine for the application of hot meltpolyurethane adhesives suitable for the under edge of lasted/roughed uppers and the edges of soles with welt or low side wall.
The standard version is supplied complete with a guide for shoes edge and another for the sole edge and the brush is equipped with an adjustable nose to regulate the length of the bristles.
The adhesive is applied by rotating the shoe or the sole placed on the guide and by activating the pedal that distributes the adhesive.
The rotation speed of the brush and the guide are independent to ensure maximum glue penetration through brush action, in spite of the work speed (learning rate, type of shoe, etc.)
A high precision adhesive quantity control is mounted on the distributor and the pump rate can also be adjusted. The brush can be replaced easily and rapidly and the machine is designed for an inert gas system for product reaction control according to model.
HK TYPE: double melter for 2.5kg drums
BK TYPE: double melter for 5Kg hoses
HF TYPE: for connection to external melters
BF TYPE: for bottom fill process
