Description
Roll coater specifically adapted for the application of varnish onto crust cut vamps parts to be applied as background color in one or more imemdiate passes; application is carried out by the rectified soft roller on lower part of the machine.
The coater is developped with all necessary technical options for the specific use with varnish.
It has been developped for solvent or anchool based varnishes (tested and used with products from Kenda Faben Chemical Industry).
Rolls’ electronic speed variator available.
The application and drive rollers are rapidly and easily removed.
The machine can be equipped with a aspirator hood.
