Description

Through-feed automatic spraying machine for water-based or solvent adhesives with adjustable deck aspiration system with set up available for any type of material at the customer’s request.

The machine uses a spray system for applying the adhesive and can be set according to the width of the items being processed; the adhesive application setting is performed by controlling the scansion speed of the spray guns, feed belt transport speed, guns’ flow, adhesive pressure and spraying pressures. The product is fed directly from the tank under pressure, where the adhesive can be directly stored without the need for pouring; this also allows for continuous renewal of the adhesive thereby avoiding deposit of dried product on the bottom which leads to the pistol clogging up.
