Description
Glue application system to apply solvent based adhesives to fiber board bands in insole production cycle from strips materials.
The system automatically picks up one fiber board band and sends it to the adhesive coating unit while operator will receive the coated band and assemble it with the strip base cellulosic material with the help of an alignment guide that will automatically be presented just when needed.
The system, on top of lowering work cycle time, allows a better and more standard and uniform production of assembled strips.
Glue coating width on fiber board band are available in 200 and 250 mm.
