Automatic spray machine with tunnel for water based adhesives suitable for soles, insoles, board shanks, strips and reinforcing, etc.

The machine has a spray system to apply the adhesive controlling the application according to the length of the piece to be glued. Adhesive control is operated by adjusting the speed, gun nozzle opening, adhesive pressure and spray air pressure.

The adhesive is supplied directly from the pressurised container. The adhesive drum can be mounted directly in the tank without having to transfer the glue from one container to another. This also permits adhesive topping up without the loss of dried material on the bottom of the container that leads to gun nozzle blocking.

The machine design permits the use of one drying unit directly connected to the model TCS to obtain glued and dried work pieces automatically and without contact with the adhesive.
