Description

The TERMO range is composed of different models with gluing rollers of various widths; the common feature on all these machines, thanks to the special roller design, is the capacity to accurately spread adhesive even on very thin materials.

The adhesive melting system is divided into two separate areas: one for pre-melting and another for gluing action so to prevent the added adhesive from cooling the already molten adhesive.

The glue circulation is controlled by a gear pump and passes through a special circuit to filter all impurities continuosly.

Adjustment of the applied glue is guaranteed by a device that can be blocked in the required position and the electronic temperature control prevents start up while the glue is cold.

The upper roller is silicon coated rubber and the upper support arm provides a rest position to prevent the upper roller from overheating.

All electrical wiring is contained in a separate sector without contact with any hot machine parts and control are easily identified through the symbols on the front panel.
