The adhesive melting system is divided into two separate areas: one for pre-melting and another for gluing action so to prevent the added adhesive from cooling the already molten adhesive.<\/p>\n
The glue circulation is controlled by a gear pump and passes through a special circuit to filter all impurities continuosly.<\/p>\n
Adjustment of the applied glue is guaranteed by a device that can be blocked in the required position and the electronic temperature control prevents start up while the glue is cold.<\/p>\n
The upper roller is silicon coated rubber and the upper support arm provides a rest position to prevent the upper roller from overheating.<\/p>\n
